UK shipping

Products made by DS Customs

Smaller prints are prepared and dispatched within 48 hours. Please allow an extra day for larger prints.

Standard UK delivery for DS Customs-made products costs £3.95. Delivery for these products is free when their total is £20 or more after discounts.

Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days after dispatch and may vary during busy periods or because of carrier delays outside our control. You will receive confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

Supplier-dispatched products

Selected products are dispatched directly by our supplier partners. These are identified on the product page. Their delivery options, charges and available estimates are shown at checkout.

Supplier products may arrive separately from DS Customs-made products or items from another supplier. Separate delivery charges may apply to each shipment. The DS Customs £20 free-delivery offer does not cover supplier parcels.

Help with your delivery

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, an additional delivery charge may apply before it is sent again.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact DS Customs as soon as possible with your order number so we can help. Contact DS Customs for support with supplier-dispatched orders too.
