1. About us

DS Customs is a UK made-to-order 3D printing, personalised gift and sublimation business. These Terms apply when you use our website or place an order with us.

2. Orders and acceptance

By placing an order, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method selected. Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send an order confirmation or dispatch notice. We may need to decline or cancel an order where there is a genuine pricing, availability or product-information error. If this happens, we will contact you and refund any payment taken.

3. Made-to-order and personalised products

Many DS Customs products are made to order. Please check product options, spellings, sizing, colours, fitting details and any custom text carefully before ordering. For personalised Caddy and Touran accessories, the customer is responsible for ensuring the requested text, colour and vehicle/fitment selection are correct.

We may refuse personalisation that is unlawful, offensive or infringes another party’s rights. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished 3D-printed item; small layer lines, seams and minor finish variations are normal characteristics of the 3D-printing process.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). Delivery costs are shown at checkout before payment. We accept the payment methods offered through Shopify checkout. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before accepting an order.

5. Delivery

UK delivery is £3.95 via tracked 48-hour service. UK orders over £20 qualify for free delivery. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, particularly for made-to-order items; we will let you know if there is a material delay. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address supplied with your order.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

For non-personalised items, you may have a legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning an item. Items should be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging where reasonably possible.

Made-to-order goods that are clearly personalised or made to your specification may not be eligible for a change-of-mind cancellation or refund. This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described. Our separate Returns & Refunds Policy explains the process and return address.

7. Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs. We will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in line with your statutory rights.

8. Product use and safety

Products are not toys unless specifically stated. Keep small parts away from young children and supervise use where appropriate. Use products only as intended. Caddy and Touran accessories must be fitted by the customer at their own risk; please ensure they do not obstruct controls, safety equipment or safe driving.

9. Intellectual property

Our website content, original product designs, images and branding belong to DS Customs or are used with permission. You must not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission. References to third-party brands or characters are for identification only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

10. Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on this website.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time you place your order applies to that order. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
